Custom Design:
Not everything is round or square. Elenger Industries has produced molds in many different shapes and sizes. We also offer several molded features. Our on-site tool and die shop allows us to customize your encapsulations in a very short time frame. Simply fax or e-mail us your drawing/print and we will provide you with a response on price and delivery within 48 hours or less. In addition, our experience in dealing with electronic encapsulations allows us to assist you in your design process.

- Are you working on a quote without a print?
We have designed encapsulations from both simple sketches and end prints. We have even built encapsulations from just a sample of the finished product. As we also provide a variety of molded features and secondary operations, we can assist you with most mounting and/or wiring requirements.

- Are you working on a brand new project?
As stated above, we can assist you in your design. However, we also provide small run quantities for your prototyping needs. Our on-site tooling facility allows us to keep tooling costs significantly lower than most mold manufactures.
